The House Clerk quickly announced that Representative Patrick McHenry will be taking over temporarily as the new Speaker after Kevin McCarthy was relieved of his duties in a historic House vote.

Boyfriend Of Missing Woman Arrested After Her Body Was Found

The boyfriend of a missing North Carolina woman was arrested in connection to her murder after her remains were discovered.

Over the past three months, construction has increased on the 230km Iran border wall which was started in 2017, as trenches, barbed wire and 24hr border security patrols have been implemented, drones have been deployed to monitor border areas and more than 6000 additional soldiers, Jandarma and police have been added to reinforce border areas and to monitor well known smuggler routes. Turkey’s President Tayyip Erdogan recently urged European countries to step up and take responsibility in the event of a new refugee influx, stating that Turkey would not become "Europe's migrant storage unit". 2 Dead, 20k Without Power Due To North Carolina Plane Crash

A plane reportedly crashed into Lake Hickory, North Carolina, resulting in two deaths and causing 20,000 people to lose electricity.

3 Marines Found Dead at North Carolina Gas Station

Three men were found dead in a car over the weekend at a gas station in North Carolina. They have now been identified as Marine lance corporals who were stationed at the nearby Camp Lejeune, the U.S. Marine Corps said on Tuesday.
