A New York judge has declared a mistrial on the third-degree rape charge in Harvey Weinstein’s ongoing sex crimes retrial.

Disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein convicted on sexual assault charge

Disgraced Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein has been convicted of forcibly subjecting a woman to engage in a sexual act, stemming from an incident in 2006.
