Last week, a group of Marines visited an Arlington, Virginia, home to inform a couple on the circumstances surrounding the Osprey crash in Australia earlier this year, which claimed the lives of their son and two other Marines.

UPDATE: 5 U.S. Marines Whose Helicopter Went Missing Confirmed To Be Dead, Personnel Named

On Thursday, it was confirmed that the five U.S. Marines who were on a chopper that vanished while traveling from Nevada to California have all died.

The U.S. Marine Corps has located the helicopter carrying five Marines from Creech Air Force Base in Nevada to Marine Corps Air Station Miramar in California. It went missing on Wednesday morning .

At Least 1 Dead as U.S. Osprey Crashes Into Sea Near Japan with 6 On Board

At least one crew member has died after a U.S. military Osprey aircraft with eight people on board crashed into the sea near an island off southern Japan, according to multiple reports.
