New York Governor Kathy Hochul abruptly postponed a Thursday meeting with 47th President Donald Trump after U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi announced a day earlier that the DOJ is suing New York, in addition to the state’s governor and attorney general.

DOJ Moves To Dismiss Federal Case Against NYC Mayor Eric Adams

The Justice Department ordered prosecutors to dismiss the bribery case against New York City Mayor Eric Adams on Monday, stating that the charges were politically motivated by the Biden administration and that they made it harder for him to combat the migrant crisis.
