A homeless man has been arrested on suspicion of arson close to where one of the wildfires destroying Los Angeles began, after brave residents tackled him as he was using what appeared to be a “flamethrower.”

Calif: 4 San Diego State University Frat Members Charged After Pledge Suffers Severe Burns During ‘Skit’

A “skit” at a fraternity party that left a pledge with severe burns that reportedly charred more than 16% of his body, has led to four frat members facing felony charges, including the man who was injured, according to prosecutors.
