Trump Sues ABC, Stephanopoulos for Defamation Over Mace Interview Rape Accusation

Former President Donald Trump has officially filed a defamation lawsuit against ABC News and George Stephanopoulos, claiming his reputation was defamed by the anchor multiple times on-air when he said that Trump had been found liable for raping writer E. Jean Carroll.

Lawyers: Trump Unable To Attain Bond To Appeal $454M Civil Fraud Judgment

Donald Trump’s lawyers have stated that the 45th President has been unable to obtain a bond that would allow him to appeal a $454 million judgment against the former U.S. president in a New York civil fraud case without posting the full amount himself.
