In order to obtain information regarding a senior prosecutor in the Manhattan hush money trial of former President Donald Trump, House Judiciary Chair Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) is now threatening to subpoena Attorney General Letitia James.

Biden Invokes Exec. Privilege On Special Counsel Hur Recordings Following GOP Request For Its Release

President Joe Biden is asserting his executive privilege by blocking House Republicans from receiving the audio files of his two-day interview with special counsel Robert Hur, which was part of the investigation into Biden’s mishandling of classified documents.

A Manhattan prosecutor who is managing the so-called “hush money” case against former United States President Donald Trump was previously a political strategist in 2018 for the Democratic National Committee (DNC), and he once contributed to former Democrat President Barack Obama as well.
