Fla. seeks death penalty for indicted child rapist, asks SCOTUS to reconsider execution precedent

Attorney General James Uthmeier of Florida called upon the United States Supreme Court to reverse a decision setting a precedent that executing child rapists is unconstitutional.

Suspect Arrested In Tampa Bay 30 Year Old Murder Case

A Florida man has been charged with murder three decades after the death of 12-year-old Jennifer Renee Odom, a Tampa-area girl who went missing after getting off a school bus near her home in Pasco County, authorities announced Thursday.
