Federal judge overturns Biden-era transgender healthcare protections

A federal judge overturned a former Biden-era rule that protected transgender healthcare under anti-discrimination measures.

Federal judge temporarily blocks Trump admin from sending out-of-state Nat’l Guard troops to Oregon

A federal judge temporarily blocked the Trump administration from deploying National Guard troops to Portland, Oregon, calling the 47th president’s request for additional troops an attempt to sidestep a previous court order.

Woman charged after threatening to kill Trump released by same Obama-appointed judge involved in CECOT deportation lawsuit

A disturbed woman who was jailed for posting unhinged death threats against President Donald Trump on social media was quietly released last week by a federal judge appointed by former President Barack Obama, who has a record of rulings against the 47th president.

Gov. DeSantis announces plans to construct second immigration detention facility, dubbed ‘Deportation Depot’

Florida GOP Governor Ron DeSantis announced that he is preparing to open a second immigration detention facility, dubbed “Departation Depot,” following the completion of “Alligator Alcatraz.”
