Federal judge orders DHS to release over 300 Illinois ICE detainees

A federal judge has ordered the release of over 300 detainees from “Operation Midway Blitz” carried out by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

Federal judge overturns Biden-era transgender healthcare protections

A federal judge overturned a former Biden-era rule that protected transgender healthcare under anti-discrimination measures.

Federal judge temporarily blocks Trump admin from sending out-of-state Nat’l Guard troops to Oregon

A federal judge temporarily blocked the Trump administration from deploying National Guard troops to Portland, Oregon, calling the 47th president’s request for additional troops an attempt to sidestep a previous court order.

Woman charged after threatening to kill Trump released by same Obama-appointed judge involved in CECOT deportation lawsuit

A disturbed woman who was jailed for posting unhinged death threats against President Donald Trump on social media was quietly released last week by a federal judge appointed by former President Barack Obama, who has a record of rulings against the 47th president.
