Supreme Court Rejects Challenge To Abortion Pill Mifepristone

The Supreme Court on Thursday unanimously rejected a challenge to the abortion pill mifepristone, meaning the abortion pill can remain on the market.

FDA Rescinds Juul Marketing Ban After 2 Years

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) rescinded its marketing ban on Juul labs Inc. on Thursday, which now opens the door to a possible reauthorization of its products.

Pfizer Settles 10,000 Zantac Lawsuits Alleging Cancer Link

Pfizer has agreed to financially settle 10,000 lawsuits which allege that the pharmaceutical company did not disclose to patients that possible cancer risks were associated with its anti-heartburn medication Zantac.
