Judge: Michigan city’s refusal to display LGBTQ pride flags is Constitutional

A federal judge dismissed a lawsuit against the city of Hamtramck, Michigan, after it approved a policy banning the display of all private flags.

U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee bars transgender athletes from women’s Olympic sports

The U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee (USOPC) is barring transgender athletes from competing in women’s sports, in line with an executive order issued by President Donald Trump.

Olympic athlete Simone Biles has issued an apology to former collegiate swimmer Riley Gaines after attacking her for opposing transgender people competing in women’s sports.

A biological male athlete who identifies as a woman reportedly won five events at a women’s swimming competition for the U.S. Masters Swimming in San Antonio last month, prompting an investigation by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton.

Nevada: Schools Enact Ban On Biological Male Athletes On Female Sports Teams

The Nevada Interscholastic Activities Association (NIAA) voted on Tuesday to implement a gender eligibility policy that restricts transgender-identifying male athletes from participating in female sports. The regulation mandates that only individuals assigned female at birth are eligible to compete on female sports teams within the state.
