PepsiCo beats New York state’s ‘predatory’ lawsuit over plastics pollution

PepsiCo won the dismissal of New York’s lawsuit accusing the beverage and snack-food company of polluting the environment with single-use plastic packaging.

UCSD Now Requires All Undergrad Students To Take Climate Change Courses

The University of California, San Diego, has implemented a new educational program requiring all undergraduate students to take a course on climate change, making the program the first-of-its-kind within major public colleges in the United States.

Calif. Gov. Newsom Signs Bill Banning Plastic Bags At Grocery Stores Into Law
