The Department of Justice (DOJ) has filed suit against six U.S. states for refusing to hand over statewide voter registration lists requested by Attorney General Pam Bondi.

Trump announces effort to abolish mail-in voting for federal elections: ‘Elections can never be honest with mail-in ballots’

President Donald Trump has vowed to end the use of mail-in ballots, labeling them a “scam,” while pleading to restore “honesty and integrity back to our elections,” in a lengthy Truth Social post.

Federal appeals court upholds Texas law requiring ID numbers for mail-in ballots

A three-judge panel of the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals unanimously ruled in favor of a Texas law that invalidates mail-in ballots without a voter’s state-identification number or partial Social Security number—a decision that drew a celebratory response from President Donald Trump.
