President Donald Trump has signed legislation designed to strengthen penalties for offenses involving fentanyl and its related analogs.

Sinaloa Cartel Leaders Charged With Narco-Terrorism, Following ‘Largest Seizure Of Fentanyl’ And Other Drugs

Two Sinaloa Cartel leaders were charged with narco-terrorism, drug trafficking, and money laundering on Tuesday, after being previously caught by federal authorities — according to an unsealed indictment that was released on May 13th.

Mexico’s security chief announced on Tuesday that family members of the infamous cartel leader “El Chapo” have entered the U.S. as part of negotiations with the Trump administration over one of his sons’ trafficking charges.
