A Guatemalan national who was deported to Mexico by the Trump administration has been returned to the U.S. this week following a Biden-appointed judge’s orders.

A Biden-appointed federal judge has temporarily blocked federal immigration officials from removing the family members of Mohamed Sabry Soliman, the suspect accused in the targeted terror attack against pro-Israel supporters in Boulder.

Report: Boulder terror attack suspect’s wife and kids arrested by ICE and HSI agents 

The family of Mohamed Sabry Soliman, the suspect accused in the targeted terror attack against Israeli supporters in Boulder, has reportedly been arrested.

Supreme Court allows Trump to end migrant “parole” protections

The Supreme Court ruled on Friday that the Trump administration will be allowed to revoke the temporary legal status of hundreds of thousands of Venezuelan, Cuban, Haitian and Nicaraguan illegal migrants living in the United States.
