Hunter Biden Withdraws Bid For New Trial In Gun Case After Federal Conviction

Hunter Biden withdrew his bid for a new trial on Tuesday after federal prosecutors were highly critical of him and his legal team for their “misunderstanding of appellate practice” and “failure to read” prior court orders.

Prosecutors Present More Evidence: Hunter Biden’s Text Messages To Drug Dealer Before Gun Purchase

The day before he purportedly lied about his drug use, first son Hunter Biden attempted to meet up with a drug dealer, who has since been convicted, in order to purchase a .38-caliber gun, according to text messages that federal prosecutors revealed on Monday.
