Resolution introduced to fine Adam Schiff $16 million for Trump-Russia probe

According to Fox News, a new resolution has been introduced that seeks to fine Representative Adam Schiff for his claims that President Donald Trump’s victory in the 2016 election was a result of collusion with Russia.

New Bipartisan bill: Block pay for Congress members if the U.S. defaults

A bipartisan bill called the “No Pay for Congress During Default or Shutdown Act” has been introduced by Representatives Abigail Spanberger (D-Va.) and Brian Fitzpatrick (R-Pa.). The bill aims to withhold Congress members’ salaries during a breach of the debt ceiling or a suspension in federal financing.

AOC and Gaetz lead bipartisan group in unveiling plan prohibiting politicians from holding stocks

In an effort to rebuild public confidence by barring legislators from making money off insider knowledge, a bipartisan group of House members has presented a plan that would forbid members of Congress from owning and trading individual stocks.

Treasury says U.S. will hit the debt limit ‘as early as June 1st’
