The White House has denied a sensational TMZ report that claimed President Donald Trump was considering commuting or pardoning Sean “Diddy” Combs — calling the story “completely fabricated” while slamming the entertainment outlet for running “fake news.”

DOJ official previously warned Biden admin about his last-minute autopen pardons, raised legal concerns

A senior Justice Department official in the Biden administration previously warned that thousands of last-minute pardons issued with a mechanical signature (autopen) could be legally flawed or, at the very least, be seen as “questionable.”
