The man wanted for shooting and killing UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson outside a Manhattan hotel Wednesday morning was spotted inside a nearby Starbucks before killing his target, according to police.

NYC: 11-Year-Old Venezuelan Boy Arrested For String Of ‘Violent Muggings’

An 11-year-old boy has been arrested along with a 17-year-old boy following a series of violent subway mugging in Queens, New York.
