Johnson & Johnson Reaches $700M Talc Settlement Over Baby Powder And Other Products

Johnson & Johnson has agreed to pay $700 million to settle an investigation by 42 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. into its marketing of baby powder and other talc-based products blamed for allegedly causing cancer.

Bill Walton, NBA Hall of Famer and free spirit, dead at 71

Walton, who had a prolonged battle with cancer, was surrounded by his family when he died, the National Basketball Association said.
