U.S. to build $8.5M ‘fly-breeding facility’ to fight cattle parasite outbreak

The U.S. government has announced its intention to construct an $8.5 million fly-breeding facility near the U.S.–Mexico border as part of a strategic effort to combat the spread of a parasitic threat to livestock.

Senate Parliamentarian Elizabeth MacDonough ruled that several components of the sweeping legislative package intended to advance President Donald Trump’s “Big, Beautiful Bill” purportedly violate the Byrd Rule.

Netanyahu: Israel is capable of striking Iran’s Fordow nuclear site without U.S. support
