SCOTUS Rules That Cities May Ban Homeless People From Sleeping Outdoors, In Public

By a 6-3 majority, the U.S. Supreme Court decided that cities had the right to forbid homeless individuals from sleeping on the streets or in public.

CNN Denies Request From White House Press Pool To Report From The Debate Studio

The White House Correspondents’ Association (WHCA) asked CNN to permit a pool reporter to cover the whole Thursday night debate between President Biden and former President Trump. However, CNN declined the request.

Chicago: Freight Train Derails In Suburb, Prompting Evacuations Over Possible Leak

On Thursday, a freight train in a Chicago suburb derailed, briefly forcing the evacuation of surrounding residences and businesses.

Mike Johnson Says House Will File Lawsuit Against DOJ Next Week For Biden-Hur Audio Tapes

The House Judiciary Committee intends to file a lawsuit, according to Speaker Mike Johnson, in order to forcibly prompt Attorney General Merrick Garland to produce the audio recordings of President Joe Biden’s meeting with special counsel Robert Hur.

Mayorkas Shifts Blame Off Biden Border Policies, Says ‘Only The Criminal’ Is Responsible For 12-Year-Old Texan’s Death
