On a Fox News Sunday program, Republican Senator Tim Scott of South Carolina blasted former President Barack Obama for his handling of race and education.

Obama among 500 Americans banned from Russia

Russia’s foreign ministry has introduced a list naming 500 U.S. citizens who are banned from entering the country. Included in this list is former President Barack Obama.
