Trump: U.S. Military Launched Airstrikes Against ISIS Operatives In Somalia

The U.S. military has conducted coordinated airstrikes that were ordered by President Donald Trump against ISIS operatives in Somalia, making it the first strikes carried out in the African nation under the new Trump administration.

Giraffes Set To Join The Endangered Species List As Population Numbers Decline

The wild giraffe population in the savannas of Africa have seen a sharp decrease, prompting the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to attempt to protect the species by submitting a proposal to add giraffes to the Endangered Species Act.
