Nathan Wade, the lead prosecutor in the Georgia election interference case against former President Donald Trump, has now resigned from the case.

Willis Can Stay On Trump’s Georgia Case If Wade Steps Aside, Judge Rules

A Georgia judge has ruled that Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis can stay on the Georgia election interference case against Donald Trump if special prosecutor Nathan Wade steps aside.

Trump’s 30-Day Delay Request In Hush Money Trial Granted

Donald Trump’s 30-day delay request in his ongoing hush money case has been approved.
