President Donald Trump has departed the United States on his way to tour three Asian nations and meet with Chinese President Xi Jinping.

A federal judge overturned a former Biden-era rule that protected transgender healthcare under anti-discrimination measures.

N.Y. AG Letitia James pleads not guilty in criminal case

New York Attorney General Letitia James pleaded not guilty on Friday in federal court in Norfolk, Virginia, to two felony charges — bank fraud and making false statements — related to a 2020 mortgage for a Norfolk property.

Tyler Robinson requests to appear in civilian clothing, without shackles, at all future court appearances

Tyler Robinson, the 22-year-old accused of assassinating conservative activist Charlie Kirk during an event at Utah Valley University, appeared in court on Friday for a closed-door hearing to discuss his request to wear civilian clothing and avoid visible shackles during future court appearances.
