SCOTUS Weighs In On Social Media Bans In Florida And California

After lower courts delivered conflicting rulings, the Supreme Court heard two issues on Monday that are related to contentious laws imposing social media limits in Texas and Florida.

Banker Jacob Rothschild Dies At Age 87

According to his family’s Monday announcement, British financier Jacob Rothschild, a prominent member of one of the most well-known banking houses in Europe, passed away at the age of 87.

Trump Appeals New York Fraud Case

Former President Donald Trump filed an appeal on Monday against a judge’s ruling requiring him to pay over $450 million in the vast civil fraud lawsuit brought by the New York attorney general against his commercial empire.

Trump’s Legal Team Obtains Nathan Wade’s Phone Data, Showing How It Contradicts Testimony: ‘Possible Perjury’

In contrast to his testimony of only “ten visits,” an affidavit submitted on Friday by Trump’s legal counsel asserts that Nathan Wade made 35 trips to Fulton County prosecutor Fani Willis’s Hapeville area, based on data obtained from AT&T through a subpoena.
