A ruling from a federal appeals court deals a blow to the First Amendment, giving the government permission to continue censoring free speech online. One America’s Pearson Sharp reports.

In America, we’re supposed to have a system of checks and balances to keep the government from becoming tyrannical.

Legislative balances the executive, and the judicial ensures the laws are upheld. At least, that’s how it’s supposed to work.

But what happens when the entire government is tyrannical? All three branches?

Well, now we’re finding out firsthand.

Case in point, after the sickening spectacle in 2020 of our government’s full-blown Stalinist purge of the free press, now the courts are backing up the Biden Regime’s destruction of the First Amendment.

Children’s Health Defense, founded by Robert Kennedy Junior, tried to sue Facebook for censoring its posts about the dangers of vaccines.

But a federal appeals court just shut down the case, ruling everything was fine, nothing to see here.

Children’s Health sued in 2020, arguing Facebook violated its constitutional rights and colluded with the government to censor its posts, “taking away its right to advertise on Facebook.”

Facebook then entirely deleted the group’s accounts, erasing it from both Facebook and Instagram.

And now, shockingly, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in California has ruled the nonprofit couldn’t demonstrate Facebook was working with federal officials to “suppress views challenging ‘government orthodoxy’ on vaccines.”

Which is the dumbest thing anyone’s said since the Secret Service claimed they didn’t know who the cocaine belonged to.

Thanks to the Twitter Files, we know for a fact that Joe Biden’s government was working hand in hand with social media companies to censor free speech.

That’s not a conspiracy; it’s been proven.

Senior executives at Twitter and Facebook met with the FBI specifically to discuss censoring content they didn’t approve of—including posts from Donald Trump, then the president of the United States.

Twitter execs even admitted they blocked the story about Hunter Biden and then lied about it to save Joe Biden’s reputation just before the 2020 election.

And not just the FBI—agents from the Department of Homeland Security and the Director of National Intelligence were also meeting with Twitter executives to manage content on the platform and were given the ability to delete tweets they didn’t like.

This is blatantly illegal and goes against all the principles our nation was founded on.

The left loves to scream about “separation of church and state!”

Well, how about separation of state and the media?

Somehow, they keep getting away with it, and the media—the fourth branch of the government—covers it up, leaving the public thinking we still have a free press.

Interestingly, this decision was handed down by Circuit Judge Eric Miller, who was actually appointed by Trump: just another example of Trump’s abysmal ability to detect traitors.

This ruling comes after the Biden vs. Missouri lawsuit was thrown out in June.

Two back-to-back rulings prove no court is willing to hold Biden and his Red Regime accountable for their crimes.

Despite overwhelming evidence, the Supreme Court handed down a 6-3 vote, with “conservative” Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Barrett—both Trump appointees—siding with the Democrats and Biden.

The states argued that White House officials, the surgeon general, the FBI, and the DHS coerced and threatened companies like Facebook to censor posts on their platforms.

Justice Samuel Alito wrote, “For months, high-ranking government officials placed unrelenting pressure on Facebook to suppress Americans’ free speech,” adding that this was a “serious threat to the First Amendment.”

Yet Biden’s stooges defended the court’s ruling, claiming, “the men and women of CISA… protect Americans’ freedom of speech, civil rights, civil liberties, and privacy.”

This is CISA we’re talking about, the same agency run by the Trump-hating Chris Krebs, and the agency that put OAN at the top of a list of news networks marked for censorship.

According to official documents cited by the judge, the government was “constantly” working to deplatform and censor users online, while federal employees “wielded great power over the social media companies,” even “demanding” their compliance in taking down posts the government didn’t like.
We have the testimony in Missouri versus Biden where they’re saying things from the administration. They’re saying, well, you know, we might wanna break your company up if you don’t comply, or we might wanna look at removing your liability protection if you don’t comply. So there were really threats being made, and the judge said he thought it was one of the worst affronts to the First Amendment in our history.

Again, this is the same case that the Supreme Court, and Trump’s appointees, just dismissed.

So it’s not surprise that Trump is now suing the corrupt DOJ for a $100 million dollars over the unconstitutional raid on his home at Mar-a-Lago.

His lawyers argue the raid was done with “clear intent to engage in political persecution.”

Considering the staggering witch hunt against Trump, and the clear failure to hold the Biden regime accountable for destroying our free speech in case after case, it’s no wonder Americans are standing up to the despicable department of injustice.

Because there is no justice in America anymore, not for Donald Trump, not for the free press or One America News, not for the American people.

We have to take back our judicial system and cannot allow courts, or judges—even those appointed by Trump—to run rampant over our freedoms.
