The House passes the debt ceiling bill in a 314-117 vote. While the Fiscal Responsibility Act has been applauded from lawmakers on both sides of the aisle, it has also garnered immense opposition. The bill now heads to the Senate, but Senator Rand Paul will insist on an amendment to enact real spending caps. One America’s Stephanie Myers spoke with the Kentucky Senator to discuss his proposal further.
