California Pushes New Gun Law, Restricting CCW Holders

California’s Senate Bill 2 designates 26 types of public locations that even concealed-carry permit holders can’t bring guns. It’s now headed to the Court of Appeals after a judge issued an injunction calling SB-2 “repugnant to the 2nd Amendment.” One America’s Katie Smith discusses the ramifications of California’s ban with San Diego Gun Owners Executive Director, Michael Schwartz.
