Gov. Newsom Orders Independent Investigation Into Fire Hydrant Failures Amidst GOP Criticism

California Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom announced on Friday that he directed state water and firefighting officials to undergo an independent investigation into the loss of water pressure to fire hydrants during the destructive series of wildfires in Los Angeles County this week.

New Effort To Recall CA Governor Gavin Newsom

There is currently a recall effort underway for California’s Governor Gavin Newsom amid the catastrophic fires.

A homeless man has been arrested on suspicion of arson close to where one of the wildfires destroying Los Angeles began, after brave residents tackled him as he was using what appeared to be a “flamethrower.”

Police: At Least 20 Arrested For Suspected Looting Amid Catastrophic L.A. County Wildfires
