Gabbard Issues Criminal Referrals Against ‘Multiple Intel Officials’ To DOJ Over Classified Leaks

National Intelligence Director Tulsi Gabbard revealed that she has, so far, referred two intelligence community officials to the DOJ for criminal prosecution over their alleged efforts to leak classified information to media outlets.

DOJ Seeks To Relocate Gov. Newsom’s Tariff Lawsuit Outside California

The Trump administration has indicated its intent to seek a change of venue for California Governor Gavin Newsom’s lawsuit challenging its tariff policies, aiming to move the case from a federal court in San Francisco to one in New York.
