Federal Judge Rejects Trump’s Bid For New E. Jean Carroll Defamation Trial, Says He Must Pay $83.3M

A New York federal judge has rejected former President Donald Trump’s bid to a new trial in the E. Jean Carroll Defamation case and said he still must pay the $83.3 million to her.

Arizona: Judge Rules Mistrial In Case Of Rancher Accused Of Killing Illegal Migrant

The trial of George Alan Kelly, a rancher and resident of Kino Springs who is accused of killing Gabriel Cuen Buitimea, a Mexican citizen who illegally crossed the U.S. border onto Kelly’s property, was ruled a mistrial by a Superior Court judge following more than two days of jury deliberations.
