Jose Ibarra Asks For New Trial After Laken Riley Murder Conviction

The violent illegal migrant who murdered Georgia nursing student Laken Riley has asked a judge for a new trial after being sentenced to life in prison last month for his heinous crimes.

Venezuelan Illegal ‘Connected To Tren De Aragua’ Arrested After Robbing Alvin Bragg Prosecutor, Displaying Lewd Act

According to police sources who spoke to the press on Wednesday, a Venezuelan illegal immigrant connected to the violent gang Tren de Aragua was detained after robbing one of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s prosecutors in her apartment building after she caught him sexually “relieving” himself.

Illegal Migrant Accused In Laken Riley Murder Case Chooses Judge Trial Over Jury Trial

Jose Ibarra, the illegal migrant from Venezuela charged with the murder of Augusta University student Laken Riley on the University of Georgia campus in February, has decided to choose a trial by judge over jury.

Report: Records Show 1 In 10 Inmates In Texas Jail Are Migrants Wanted By ICE

A new report suggests that one in 10 of the “most violent prisoners” being held in jail in Texas are illegal migrants earmarked for deportation by federal immigration authorities.
