CECOT deportation lawsuit returns to District Court following Appeals Court decision

A federal appeals court cleared the way for U.S. District Judge James Boasberg to continue overseeing the fate of hundreds of CECOT illegal aliens deported earlier this year by the Trump administration, according to recent reports.

President Donald Trump ordered the deployment of three warships along with thousands of Marines near Venezuela — combating the flow of illicit drugs entering the United States via President Nicolás Maduro’s “cartel criminal network.”

Kosovo to host illegal alien deportees amid Trump’s continued push for deportations

The Republic of Kosovo has agreed to take in at least 50 illegal immigrants, to be deported from the United States over a one-year period, according to multiple reports that surfaced on Wednesday.

Ohio: 24-year-old illegal alien arrested after pretending to be a teenager to enroll in high school

A 24-year-old illegal alien from Venezuela has been taken into custody after posing as a 16-year-old student in order to enroll himself at a high school in Ohio — local authorities and Homeland Security reported.

Legal Expert: Texas District Court Judge Gave ‘Short Shrift’ To Trump In Alien Enemies Act Ruling
