Alina Habba resigns as acting U.S. Attorney for New Jersey

U.S. Attorney for New Jersey, Alina Habba, has announced that she is resigning from her position as the Garden State’s top prosecutor.

Judge dismisses indictments against Letitia James and James Comey

A federal judge in South Carolina dismissed criminal indictments on Monday against former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James, arguing that the appointment of interim U.S. Attorney Lindsey Halligan was invalid.
