NATO Preparing For Potential Ground War With Russia That Could Involve U.S. Troops

NATO is mapping out “land corridors” to allow U.S. troops and other allied military forces to reach the front lines quicker in the event of a much larger European ground war with Russia.

Turkey Suspends All Trade With Israel Until Permanent Cease-Fire Is Reached

Turkey announced on Friday that it has stopped all trading with Israel, worth $7 billion a year, until a permanent ceasefire and humanitarian aid are secured in Gaza.

The Turkish Parliament has officially approved Sweden’s North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) membership bid after months of deliberation.

Sweden’s NATO Membership In The Works After Turkey Committee Approves Bid

On Tuesday, the foreign affairs committee of the Turkish parliament approved Sweden’s NATO membership application, bringing the Nordic nation—which had previously been nonaligned—one step closer to becoming a member of the Western military alliance.
