North Dakota: Tornado Winds Derail 43 Train Cars

Five large tornadoes have been reported across the Dakotas, prompting strong winds that have knocked over almost four dozen train cars off a track.

Norfolk Southern Agrees On $600M Settlement Over A Year After Ohio Train Derailment

Norfolk Southern has agreed to a $600 million settlement to resolve class action lawsuits filed after a freight train derailed in East Palestine, Ohio spilling more than a million pounds of highly toxic chemicals into the community.

Train derailment in PA forces evacuations

A 40-car CSX freight train derailed in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, Monday morning, forcing the evacuation of nearby homes and businesses.

Train derails into Yellowstone River

A bridge in Montana that crosses the Yellowstone River collapsed on Saturday morning causing several cars of a freight train carrying hazardous material to plunge into the river.
