SCOTUS Denies MyPillow CEO Lindell’s Appeal Over 2022 Phone Seizure

The Supreme Court has declined to hear an appeal from MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell over his claim that the government violated his First and Fourth Amendment rights while seizing his cell phone.

1 Dead, Multiple People Seriously Injured After Stolen 18-Wheeler Crashes Into Texas DPS Office

According to authorities, one person died and 13 others were injured in the crash. The driver of the stolen truck, who has since been identified as 42-year-old Clenard Parker, was uninjured and has since been taken into custody.
