AG Merrick Garland Set To Release Special Counsel Jack Smith’s Report On Trump Election Case

Attorney General Merrick Garland will reportedly release part of Special Counsel Jack Smith’s report on the 2020 election interference against President-elect Donald Trump, according to a court filing.

Judge Agrees To Dismiss Trump’s Election Interference Case

Federal Judge Tanya Chutkan agrees to dismiss the Trump January 6th related indictment from Special Counsel Jack Smith, presumably bringing an end to the lawfare waged against the president-elect.

Judge Orders Additional Documents On Trump Jan. 6 Case To Be Unsealed

The judge overseeing former President Donald Trump’s federal election interference case has ordered for more documents from special counsel Jack Smith’s investigation on Trump to be made public.
