Jordan Neely’s Father Sues Daniel Penny Amid Subway Chokehold Death Trial Deliberations

As the jury considers whether to find Daniel Penny guilty of manslaughter, Jordan Neely’s father is now suing Penny for his son’s death, which purportedly occurred from strangulation on a New York City subway car after Neely repeatedly threatened onlookers in his vicinity.

Ex-Marine Daniel Penny Set To Stand Trial In October Regarding Death Of Jordan Neely

Former U.S. Marine Daniel Penny is set to stand trial in October for taking the life of a homeless man in a New York City subway. Penny maintains that he was fearful that the man would hurt nearby onlookers after he had made numerous violent threats.
