Southern CA School District Under Attack for Parental Notification Policies, CRT Ban

Temecula Valley Unified School District is being sued by a group of activists and teachers for enforcing a transgender parental notification policy and its ban on Critical Race Theory.

Hilary Weakens Into Storm, Still Barreling Towards CA With Heavy Rain And Flooding In Some Parts

Hurricane Hilary weakened from a Category 1 hurricane to a tropical storm on Sunday morning, but the storm is still expected to hit Southern California, already forcing some residents to evacuate and many parks and beaches to close ahead of potential flooding, fierce winds, and heavy downpours.

At least 5 dead, more than 640,000 without power due to southern U.S. storms

Five people were killed and more than 640,000 customers were without power across the South on Sunday afternoon as storms and catastrophic weather continued to whip across the region, according to the tracking website PowerOutage.us.
