U.S. seizes record 300K kilos of meth-making chemicals linked to Sinaloa Cartel

Over 300,000 kilograms of chemicals used to produce methamphetamine have been seized by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) investigation sector in Houston, Texas.

Mexican cartel boss Ismael “El Mayo” Zambada Garcia pleaded guilty on Monday to federal charges stemming from his role as a co-founder of the Sinaloa Cartel. The charges include drug trafficking, money laundering, and other firearms offenses.

Mexico: 20 bodies found, including 4 ‘decapitated bodies’ hanging from bridge

Twenty bodies have been found, including four decapitated corpses “hanging from a bridge” near a plastic bag of human heads, in a region of Mexico where factions of the Sinaloa drug cartel are suspected to be fighting each other, according to the Sinaloa State Attorney General’s Office.
