Mother of Congressional intern killed in D.C. shooting thanks Trump for ‘heart-warming’ letter: ‘He is so kind’

Tamara Tarpinian-Jachym, the mother of a Congressional intern who was fatally shot in Washington, D.C. in late June, expressed her gratitude for President Donald Trump after he sent their family a heartwarming letter.

2 killed and multiple injured including Kentucky state trooper in church shooting

A gunman was killed by Lexington police officers after the suspect shot a Kentucky state trooper and fled to a nearby church where he killed two individuals on church property and injured two more.
