‘Mr Baseball’ Bob Uecker, American sportscaster-actor, dies at 90

Bob Uecker, whose self-deprecating wit helped him parlay a mediocre baseball career into stardom as a broadcaster, actor and pitchman for beer from his hometown of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, died on Thursday at age 90.

Former MLB Player, League DEI Executive Billy Bean Dead At 60

Major League Baseball (MLB) executive Billy Bean died on Tuesday at the age of 60 from “acute myeloid leukemia,” the league announced.
