California Judge Halts School District’s Gender Identification Policy

On Wednesday, a California judge temporarily stopped a Southern California school district’s policy that allows parents to be notified if their children alter their gender identification or pronouns while at school.

CA’s A.G. Investigates A School District Over New Parental Notification Policy

California’s Attorney General Rob Bonta is now investigating Chino Valley Unified School District after they adopted a policy that will require the school to notify parents if their child identifies as transgender, requests to be called by different pronouns and wants to use a different bathroom.

Mystery private jet holding migrants lands in Sacramento, investigation ensues
