Another CA School District passes a parental rights policy

Temecula Valley Unified School District, the third school district in the state, has passed a policy that will notify parents if their child identifies as transgender,  requests to be called by different pronouns and wants to use a different bathroom.

CA’s A.G. Investigates A School District Over New Parental Notification Policy

California’s Attorney General Rob Bonta is now investigating Chino Valley Unified School District after they adopted a policy that will require the school to notify parents if their child identifies as transgender, requests to be called by different pronouns and wants to use a different bathroom.

California School District Adopts Transgender Notification Policy Amidst Controversy

Parents at a California school district will now receive notifications if their child wishes to use a different pronoun, name, or bathroom at school. The Chino Valley Unified approved this transgender notification policy in a 4-1 vote during a heated school board meeting last night.

Texas City Council threatens termination for employees if proper pronouns are not used

A recent internal document in the city of Dallas mandates that employees of the city use people’s preferred pronouns or risk termination.
