Supreme Court Rules Texas Is Allowed To Enforce SB4 Law, Police Can Arrest Illegals

A new law that gives local police the authority to arrest illegal immigrants will be temporarily enforced in Texas, the Supreme Court decided on Tuesday.

SCOTUS Investigates How N.Y. Inhibited Insurers From Working With NRA

The National Rifle Association (NRA) filed a First Amendment appeal with the Supreme Court on Monday. The appeal was directed at a New York financial regulator who had purportedly convinced banks and insurance companies to cut ties with the gun rights organization.
