A school principal was arrested on May 11th after choking and whipping a young student with a belt. He also slapped the child in the face, which was all recorded on a surveillance video.

U.S. Capitol Police Investigate Bag Of Cocaine Found In Hallway At USCP HQ

A small amount of white, powdery material that tested positive for cocaine in a field test was found inside a small zip lock bag that was about one inch by one inch, according to the United States Capitol Police (USCP).
