Eagles win Super Bowl rematch, drop Chiefs to 0-2

Philadelphia Eagles defensive tackle Jalen Carter was ejected before playing a down in the NFL season opener Thursday night when he was caught spitting on Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott.
